What happens when you tell your girlfriend after she’s had about 6 mimosas to decorate your track bike? You get a bitchin’ track bike livery!!!

I recently got a cheap, used set of fairings off craiglist, but the paint was shit and being all black, they looked kind of boring...

I plan on giving the fairings a proper paint job, but I have a track day this weekend so I wanted to spice it up a little with some quick and dirty graphics.

Odin was fulfilling his duties as shop dog.

As suc h he earned his spot on the bike.

So yeah the old black paint is rough and more sober hands along with more sanding and prep work would have yielded much cleaner results, but thats for later. This was for fun and much fun was had.

I will probably have the most whimsical bike at the track this weekend. Gonna see how the new rearsets and clip-ons help once I’m ripping around Putnam Park.

I just finished putting my track SV back together atm. I need to take it out to shanny again (or to an actual 1/2 decent track where the pavement isnt a replica of a teenagers face)

I know what you mean, I just ran Mid-Ohio and the surface isn’t great. It’s old with lots of patches deep gouges and grooves from cars. The other tracks I go to (putnam park and national corvette museum) have a wonderful smooth grippy surface.

Make the drive to Pitt Race. Track is amazing, and pavement is nice and smooth.

I’m gonna try to make it out there to watch the MotoAmerica race in a few weeks. That track is definitely on the list for next year. Don’t think I’ll be able to make it out there this year, this shit is expensive haha

Shit is expensive indeed. If you’re planning to head there, make sure you try to book the day a month in advance. It usually sells out.

N2 and Evolve GT.

Choose the N2 dates if you want a stricter, more controlled event. Choose the Evolve GT dates if you want a bit looser structure and less rules in the slower groups.
